Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut Biodynamic Sparkling

Light straw yellow in colour.  The nose is simply beautiful with baked apples and notes of ripe white fruit. 

The palate is crisp with a creamy mousse full of toasty yeasty notes and sweet spices.  The finish is rounded, harmonious and balanced.
