Light straw yellow in colour. The nose is simply beautiful with aromas of baked apples and notes of ripe white stone fruit.
The palate is crisp with a creamy mousse full of toasty yeasty notes and sweet spices. The finish is rounded, harmonious and balanced.
Grape varities Pinot noir (20%), pinot gris (20%) and Auxerrois (60%).
Serve at 8-10° C Crémant d'Alsace is ideal as an aperitif, alone or with appetizers.
Whole grape pressing with selected yeasts, slow fermentation and ageing on the lees for 6 months then 36 months on slats. No malolactic fermentation.
