Crémant d'Alsace Biodynamic Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé, Charles Frey

This Biodynamic sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé, reveals stunning fruitiness and freshness on the nose.  The palate is dry with mineral freshness and clean pure fruit, while pretty full-bodied for a Sparkling wine, it's very subtle and balanced.

Sat on Scherwiller’s hillsides overlooking the beautiful village of  Dambach-la-Ville, the soil is derived from a white granite rich in black mica soil, Rittersberg’s plots are mainly orientated east/south-east. The grapes grown on this terroir make very fine, elegant and mineral wines, with citrus notes and good freshness.
