Domaine Adrien Berlioz Savoie 'La Cuvee des Gueux' blanc 2021 Dry White Wine

Vibrant pale straw yellow with greenish hints and aromas of lifted perfumed zesty pear drops and lemon peel, hints of honey and stone fruit.  The palate is lively with crispy green citrus, green apple and pear, a richly structured wine with good acidity and length.

Grapes: Jacquere, Altesse.

Organic, Biodynamic certified.

Good to pair with salads or asparagus.

Adrien Berlioz took over the family vineyards in 2006, two hectares located near a small village called Chignin at 390m above sea level. With plenty of hard work and certified biodynamic approach to farming, he has grown the vineyard to 5 hectares.  Rooted in his terroir and a precise winemaker, transforming it into one of the region’s most prestigious domains. His wines offer a great purity and refinement.
