Grape varieties : 85 % Malbec : 15 % Merlot
Deep purple/opaque colour to the core with a blueish rim. The nose is pronounced and packed with ripe black and red forest fruits, blackberry and blueberry with bramble mineral notes. The palate is full and robust with great tannic fruit structure, and raspy ripening tannins, a wine built to last with a finish that is prolonged.
Good to pair with: Steak Roast beef or venison, barbecued lamb, beef or pork.
Ageing: 12 months in old oak barrels.
