Sablonnettes Le P'tit Blanc White 2017 Chenin Blanc

Clear bright medium intensity of straw gold.  The nose is medium pronounced with white blossoms pear honey and almonds.  The palate is dry with good acidity, fruity with hints of pear citrus lemon, well-structured with a nice medium length.

Pairs well with - apples and apple desserts, Chinese cuisine, fried foods, Mexican cuisine, salad, spicy dishes, vegetables
