Biodynamic & Vegan Red Wine 2019 75cl La Selve Beau Lieu. 

Ruby-red deep garnet colour, rich and expressive nose, combining black fruits blueberry, black cherry and scrubland.  On the Palate, we find fresh black and red fruit cherry, plum with soft tannins ending with a long harmonious fruity finish.

Grape Varieties: : 50 % Cabernet-Sauvignon, 25 % Grenache, 25 % Cinsault

Brilliant, lemon-yellow colour in the glass, mineral and aromatic nose with peach, citrus and mint aromas.  The palate displays a good balance of fruit and acidity.  The finish is long fruity and fresh. 

Food pairing: Great as an apéritif or with Most Vegan dishes.
