Silencio, Chateau Montana is a Gold medallist AOP Cotes du Roussillon Les Asprés red wine. Crafted with Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes sourced from old vines on a clay-limestone terroir, the wine’s complex and intense aromas include cooked fruit and spices. The palate is full of round tannins, velvet texture and a spicy finish. Long maceration and aging in French oak barrels add to the complexity and richness of the wine.
