Volcelest Domaine Jean-Yves Millaire, Biodynamic White Wine

This Volcelest Organic & Biodynamic White Wine has a pale straw yellow colour. On the nose one gets honey and ginger, for the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers good definition, precision, as well as fine tension and elegance with flavours of lemon/lime overlapping with hints of almonds; The finish is fruity and long as would be expected with a blend of  80% Sauvignon blanc and 20% Riesling from Bordeaux. Beautiful presentation!
