This pale yellow Crémant de Loire sparkling wine boasts a delicate effervescence thanks to the traditional method of production.

Crémant is made in traditional method Champagne style, meaning it goes through two fermentations in bottle with an ageing on the lees in bottle for at least 9 months.

Notes of white fruits, such as pear and apple, are developed, lending a vinous quality to this elegant beverage.

La Seigneurie is the name of the winery, situated on the highest slopes of the Saumur region. The family's deep-rooted passion for winemaking is carried on by Alban Foucher, a skilled artisan winemaker who inherited the knowledge passed down from generations. Taking over as head of the estate in 2005, Alban remains committed to upholding the region's traditions and crafts exquisite wines worthy of any fine French table.

Alban Foucher, Artisan Winemaker and owner of Domaine La Seigneurie, grew up in a family that excelled in the art of producing good wine. After completing his viticultural and commercial studies, the east wind took him to the four corners of the world. After experience in Asia, North America and Australia, he returned to the home in 2005 to take up the family torch and contribute to the excellence of Domaine La Seigneurie.
