Organic and Vegan White Wine

This specific vintage, produced in a limited amount of fewer than 1,000 bottles, originates from a selection of small areas (with integrated cultivation) that contain granite and metamorphic rocks (such as quartz, feldspars, and micas). The grapes are carefully hand-picked in multiple sorting stages to capture the full range of flavors.

The vinification and aging process in oak barrels is carried out with precision and delicacy to fully showcase the nuances of the Viognier grape.

Pliny the Elder, a 1st-century Roman writer and naturalist, is known for his extensive encyclopedia titled Naturalis Historia (completed around 77 AD), which covers a wide range of topics including astronomy, anthropology, and natural sciences - including vineyards and wine. In Book XIV, consisting of 22 chapters, Pliny the Elder thoroughly covers the topic of wine, specifically the Viognier grape, hence the wine in his honour.
