Organic Sweet Wine 2017 75cl Pas De Deux. In the glass: It is as one would expect of this style of sweet wine, it is like watching a golden sunset in a glass.  Aromas of honey, candied fruit, citrus, apricot.  On the palate: Excellent balance between the roundness of the sugar and the sparkling hint of acidity.
