Domaine Regin Crémant D'Alsace Rosé,

Rosé Crémant d'Alsace must be made entirely from Pinot Noir, and Domaine Régin's is a lovely example. Made by the traditional method, with at least nine months on its lees in bottle, it has a beguiling scent of red berries and redcurrant.

The bubbles are lively, the acidity subtle and the dosage nicely judged, so it tastes fresh rather than sweet. Serve as an aperitif or with a red-fruit dessert.
