A sophisticated Burgundy white delivering nuanced complexity and finesse.

Undestemmed harvest and pressed directly. Cooled to 12°C, then racked within 48 hours. Barreled at the start of alcoholic fermentation, indigenous yeasts and without additives, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in barrels on lees, 35% new barrels.
Contains sulphites <50mg/L total
Bottled after 12 months.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
