La Soif des Hommes,Chateau Montana offers a blend of Merlot and Marselan grapes grown in the ideal clay-limestone soil of the region. The winemaking includes a destemming harvest, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats. The result is a garnet-colored wine with ripe black fruit and liquorice aromas. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with a Gold medal from Gilbert and Gaillard.
