Straw yellow coloured wine with coppery reflections, pleasant and intense, with floral scents of jasmine and fruity notes of apple. Fresh, medium-bodied, with a pleasant citrus aftertaste. Versatile wine, it goes well with vegetable appetizers to continue with first courses such as soups and risottos.

Grape: Pinot Grigio.

Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel with frequent battonage.
