Camille de Labrie Chardonnay, Organic and Vegan White Wine

The grapes are manually harvested at night to maintain a cool temperature, then settled and fermented at 16°C. After a few months of aging in vats on fine lees, only 10% of the production is aged in French oak barrels. On the nose the wine exhibits fragrant aromas' of quince, honey, and spices, with hints of citrus fruits. The  palate,is both fleshy and refreshing, with notes of white pulp fruits such as mango and ginger.

As the Chardonnay grape is not native to Bordeaux, this wine is labelled Vin de France-though it would rival a Mâcon Chardonnay at this price- fantastic value- Honest Bordeaux.
