Grape Varieties: Grenache Noir 80%, 20% Syrah.
Ageing in French oak barriques for 9 months. The palate displays the pure expression of a unique terroir with silky and smooth tannins. Still young, so depending on palate preferences, It can be drunk now, or aged for 10 years in the cellar as the robe turns ruby and aromas of red fruits, leather and underbrush will continue to develop.
Pair with: Beef casserole, Provençal beef stew, roast beef, rib steak.
Ageing potential: 5 to 10 years.
