Bordeaux grape varieties are highlighted in this blend while keeping an authentic Languedoc accent with its full palate : round tannins,  warm and spicy flavours having soaked up the southern sun. Dense and pleasurable, retaining a lovely freshness on the finish. Fresh nose with aromas of cedar, green pepper, and pink berries.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot complement each other perfectly to give this red wine from the Cévennes Protected Geographical Indication both  structure and elegance. Zénite is matured in inox vats and demi-muids in order to highlight its initial qualities while adding a good length on the palate to these three grape varieties, historically from Bordeaux area.

Domaine Terres d'Hachène, the domaine takes its name from the initials of the Latin expression Hic et Nunc — "Here and Now." Nestled in the heart of the Cévennes foothills (Piémont cévenol),situated 50 kilometres from both Montpellier and Nîmes, between Anduze and Uzès. Organic farming, parcel-by-parcel vinification, and ageing in barrels allow the estate to get the best from its six grape varieties, Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, creating free and creative blends that showcase an exceptional terroir.

Zénite is ripe with red and black fruits, with toasted oak nuances on the finish.
The great ripeness of the grapes adds to the charm of a full-bodied palate, backed by well-coated tannins.
