From the sun-drenched gravel soils of Italy’s Prosecco heartland, just 50 km from Venice, comes La Jara — a sparkling tribute to tradition, terroir, and certified organic purity.

Crafted exclusively from 100% Glera grapes grown on the family’s 50-hectare estate along the Piave River, this gently sparkling (frizzante) Prosecco is vinified using the classic Charmat method to preserve every ounce of freshness and fruit.

Tasting Notes Pale straw-yellow with delicate greenish reflections and a playful, subtle mousse. The bouquet bursts with fragrant lychee, ripe white peach, fresh apricot, and bright clementine, underscored by lively citrus zest. On the palate it is crisp, aromatic, and wonderfully vivacious — refreshingly dry yet fruit-forward, with a creamy fine foam that dances on the tongue.

Heritage & Terroir The vineyards have been tenderly cared for by the same family since 1891. The name “La Jara” honors the river gravel (“jara” in local dialect) that blankets the soils, absorbing daytime heat and gently releasing it at night — the very same natural radiator effect made famous in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
