MOULIN A VENT (Cru du Beaujolais) Domaine Bertrand
This full-bodied Beaujolais cru is a vintage of finesse with round and silky tannins. It reveals aromas of small black fruits and red stone fruits like blackcurrant, cherry, and morello cherry. Perfect to be enjoyed between 13-15°C, it can be kept for up to 8-10 years. Robust and complex, it is anchored in a soil composed of pink and friable ( easily crumbled) granite, giving it its unique characteristics.
