This modern Rioja Reserva wine showcases a deep cherry red color and offers spicy and aged aromas of cherry, dill, and leather on the nose. The velvety palate reveals smooth oak and vanilla flavors, leading to a pleasant, long finish. It is made with carefully selected organic Tempranillo Tinta grapes and goes through a delicate harvesting and vinification process. The resulting wine may contain natural sediment and has an alcohol content of 14%. Magister Bibendi Rioja Reserva pairs perfectly with rich cuisine and is well-suited for roasted or stewed dishes.

We recommend uncorking and allowing it to oxygenate before serving. This limited production wine undergoes quarterly racking and spends at least two years in bottle before release, ensuring meticulous quality control. The brothers Andrés and Ramón Serrano Arriezu farm approximately 85 hectares of vineyards using biodynamic techniques in DOCa Rioja, with a variety of grapes such as Tempranillo.
