Bright purple color, a nose of red notes ranging from redcurrant to bramble, the fruit is explosive! On the palate, fine, round and delicious tannins, the licorice expression of the silky Mourvèdre in the finish is marked, it perfectly follows the richness of the old Grenache Noir!
This Fitou can be drunk now and for another 2 years, it will be the ideal partner with your vegan dishes, cooked pressed cheeses, vegetable curry with coconut milk, creamy risotto of sunflower seeds and mushrooms, ravioli with spinach pesto and spirulina ... and many more!

To be enjoyed now and can be kept for another 3 years.

Traditional method, destemmed, fermentation with controlled temperature (22°C maximum), short vatting without added sulfites.

Domaine Lérys is a family estate that was founded in 1861 in Villeneuve les Corbières, the birthplace of the future Fitou appellation, which is the oldest AOC Rouge in Languedoc, created in 1948.

Grapes: 80% Grenache noir– 20% Mourvèdre
